LAS VEGAS, NV -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 02/08/10 -- Truesport Alliances & Entertainment, Ltd. (OTCBB: SEWE) has successfully executed the development of the first international TapouT Training Center . The TapouT Worldwide mixed marital art (MMA) equipment left Las Vegas, NV bound for installation in Gatineau, Quebec and is expected to be in place mid-February for the fitness facilities opening.

The TapouT Training Center will be the third stand alone fitness facilities of its kind to be built by Truesport Alliances & Entertainment, Ltd. , whose brand has become synonymous with the attitude and prominence of mixed martial arts.
