| Critical Solutions, Inc. (OTC.PK: CSLI)
Critical Solutions, through its wholly-owned subsidiary, White Door, Inc., offers a proprietary line of portable towers systems fueled by non-traditional power sources. These self-powered towers can be rapidly deployed to satisfy physical security and communications requirements in areas where conventional power is not readily available or too expensive to deploy.
Utilizing alternative energy power sources including solar panels, wind turbines and hydrogen fuel cells, the towers have been designed to power communications and security systems for both long term and short term requirements. Completely independent of the power grid, they eliminate the costs of trenching and physical bandwidth provisioning, are flexible to place and relocate, and easily upgraded because they utilize COTS (commercial-off-the-shelf) integrated security and communication systems. These mobile trailer-towers offer an effective, reliable and energy efficient platform to power mission critical applications anywhere in the world.
Critical Power Solutions is one of the only companies, if the not the only company, that offers proven and tested rapidly deployable tower systems using renewable energy to power mission critical applications. These tower have the unique ability to power a multitude of applications such as all wireless communications (voice, data and video), security sensors such as surveillance cameras, haz-mat, radiation, bio/chemical, etc, and RFID for asset management as well as perimeter security applications and physical security sensor placement.
The power system is designed to run the applications for a minimum of five days without wind and sun. We work with customers to define the “minimum mission critical communication profile” for each mission. Once defined, we work to make the power consumption the most efficient we can, and power that with renewable energy. Using non-traditional power we take advantage of several benefits:
• No refueling and No noise • No trenching • No heat signature • Deployable in areas where un-manned systems can be a benefit. • Designed to run 24/7/365 • Countless applications can be integrated (Mission based power profile) • Transportation of the units include, ATV’s, Trucks, Helicopter, Forklift, and Trailer Bed • Rapidly deployable • Self powered • Flexible sensor placement • Reliable and predictable
Security Solutions
White Doors’ towers provide an ideal security solution for physical security in remote areas or areas where access to traditional power proves to be too expensive. In many cases, such as on borders, renewable power is beneficial because it is environmentally friendly, quiet, doesn’t emit a heat signature and doesn’t require constant refueling.

Communications Solutions
White Door's towers may be used as a primary communication system, to fill in “gaps” in a wireless infrastructure or they can be used for rapid restoration of emergency communications. During natural or manmade disasters, communication breakdowns are a common occurrence. Using towers, which are easy to move and set up, this problem can be fixed. The communications systems can be rapidly deployed and communication breakdowns that occur can be reduced dramatically and make it much safer in the moments after the disaster hits, the most crucial time.

Basic Rapid Deployment Applications
Communications: Cell phone repeaters Radio base stations/repeaters Wi-Fi/Wi-Max ones VSAT/BGAN based Internet links with Access Point distribution Meshed network with vehicle/handheld communications Charging stations for cell phone/computer/radio battery charging Command Center Trailer Asset Management: RFID triangulation/GPS location and asset management RFID/GPS based refugee “tag” identification
Water Services: Portable water purification Portable desalination services Human Shelters: Complete renewable energy powered, portable Shelters for group or single family occupancy “Refugee” shelters Waste treatment facilities Outdoor lighting for base installations Medical Shelters Rapid Deployment Surveillance Hydrogen Generation Plant Hydrogen fuel cells for backup power
The Company’s alternative energy powered platforms use three alternative power sources: solar panels, wind turbines and hydrogen fuel cells. Each power source is designed to be integrated to provide maximum power when available. Hydrogen cells are used as a support system in the event that the system demands additional power or the solar panels and wind turbines cannot handle the necessary load. Based on the load sustainability calculations, Critical International designs systems to discharge the battery bank (to the point of losing the load) three times, each time relying on the hydrogen fuel cell to bring the batteries back to a sustained level of charge, when the other alternative power systems have not maintained that charge. Therefore, the load, battery amp hours and intended “return cycles” determine the backup hydrogen necessary on the platform. The intended “return cycles” are determined by the mission of the product.
· Putting the “Intelligence” in the Platform
· Intelligent power source selection based on power requirement
· Excess power “re-direct” to essential non-mission support
- Status notifications of all power/device functions
- Platform “Survival Mode” includes automatic lowering of the towers in extreme weather conditions
- Remote controls to secure solar panels
- Wireless PDA control of all tower functions including outrigger deployment
