A full vertical approach will ensure that ACES has successful and synergistic solutions in the secondary, higher and vocational education sectors and leverages its internal infrastructure for solutions to governments and larger institutions. The US market is the dominant global education market, approaching $1 Trillion, ($750 Billion today) and is the largest contributor to GDP (almost 10%) after healthcare.  The private sector is rapidly growing and expanding international, where market size in India, China and Latin America have already started to exponentially expand.  Other private and public companies have seen great success, with the sector performing extremely well.

ACES will offer both an online and offline educational services, which in recently concluded studies by the US Dept of education are the best method for educating and training individuals. Starting with proven successful business models of basic education providers at low cost rates and growing rapidly through new organic offerings and strategic domestic and global acquisitions, ACES plans on being the leader in educating the future workers and leaders of the global market place. ACES financial plan shows an over $5 Million Dollar revue company at the end of year one, over $30 Million by year three, over $300 Million by year five and over $1 Billion in year ten. This growth will be generated by focusing our school brands to targeted market segments, focusing on price, courses and employment options.

ACES initial offerings will focus on the top three growth employment industries worldwide: healthcare, technology and energy. Education solutions in healthcare (nurses, nursing assistants, lab technicians, etc.); energy (green energy technicians, mechanics, wind and solar technicians, plant operators); and technology (software applications, mobile web development, electronics and mechanics) will be available, along with an entrepreneurship core.

ACES' strategy to meet its goals and accomplish its mission is twofold. First to develop, launch and grow internal educational solutions for our clients. ACES will have a range of programs for students to choose how they want to be educated. They will choose what works best for them, how they want to pay for that education and how they earn their education promptly and effectively. ACES' teachers will have different choices as to how they teach, how they want to motivate their students, and how they want to be compensated. ACES will offer a real time educational innovation program, with ratings of teachers and students' success, and on the methods working in the field.
